Would like y'all to pause video just about 2:00 mark and look at wide variety of starting positions (head back/forward, arms straight/bent, etc.). Other than the gal that slipped in lane 6, all had pretty good starts.
Remind me to put a pad in once in a while and have y'all try various start positions until you find one that works best for you.
Yes, they're throwing their heads back under at finish. Yes, it's still driving many of us coaches nuts...
